Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Director, OPX Global Marketing to lead marketing for the OPX business. You will guide a team, align with corporate and BU goals, and enable sales growth while working 100% remotely.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled marketing, ABM campaigns, and market intelligence across Nuclear Fuel, I&C, and services. The position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer, OPX BU, with a broad remit in strategy, execution, and budget management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing leadership or similar role with managing professionals.
• 10+ years BU or product marketing experience including leading creative teams.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, ABM and AI content creation.
• Proficiency with MS Copilot, Adobe suite and digital tools stack.
• Experience working with senior business leaders to translate priorities into strategies.
• Travel 10%-20% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop an integrated marketing plan aligned with corporate goals and growth priorities.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals, setting priorities and mentoring staff.
• Strengthen OPX visibility and market positioning through digital marketing and content strategy.
• Deliver personalized ABM campaign experiences and translate customer insights into recommendations.
• Lead the use of AI-enabled marketing practices including analytics and automation.
• Oversee market research and competitive analyses to guide strategic positioning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support growth and customer engagement.
• Measure campaign performance and use data-driven insights to improve effectiveness.
• Determine strategic positioning of conferences, sponsorships and events.
• Maintain brand consistency across marketing touchpoints.
• Support growth in new markets and wallet share initiatives.
