What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  1. Develop and manage a scalable global mobility program to support business requirements for global talent
  2. Lead the execution of immigration/business travel compliance, assignments, relocations, and related tax services
  3. Maintain effective communication regarding mobility program policies and processes
  4. Manage service provider relationships and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  5. Coach and mentor the Global Mobility team to enhance knowledge and skills

What is Required (Qualifications):
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
  2. 8+ years of experience in global mobility and international assignment management
  3. 5+ years of experience managing vendor relationships and supplier performance
  4. 5+ years of experience leading direct reports
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  1. Experience with mobility technology platforms and/or Workday
  2. Knowledge of country laws related to global mobility
  3. Industry certification (e.g., SHRM/PHR/SPHR, GPHR, GMS)
  4. Ability to interface with leaders at all organizational levels
  5. Experience in a global consulting firm
