What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):- Develop and manage a scalable global mobility program to support business requirements for global talent
- Lead the execution of immigration/business travel compliance, assignments, relocations, and related tax services
- Maintain effective communication regarding mobility program policies and processes
- Manage service provider relationships and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Coach and mentor the Global Mobility team to enhance knowledge and skills
What is Required (Qualifications):- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in global mobility and international assignment management
- 5+ years of experience managing vendor relationships and supplier performance
- 5+ years of experience leading direct reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):- Experience with mobility technology platforms and/or Workday
- Knowledge of country laws related to global mobility
- Industry certification (e.g., SHRM/PHR/SPHR, GPHR, GMS)
- Ability to interface with leaders at all organizational levels
- Experience in a global consulting firm
