Job summary

Scholar Rock seeks a Director of Global Market Insights to lead data-driven strategy for a first-in-class neuromuscular therapy. You will guide in-market and launch insights, compete intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to shape commercial strategy and global brand planning.

You will partner with commercial teams, oversee vendors, and ensure timely, high-quality research outputs to support evidence-based decision making in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in market insights, analytics, or competitive intelligence for pharma/biotech.
• Strong project management, delivering on time and within budget.
• Experience in primary and secondary research methodologies and translating insights into actions.
• US and global market research experience preferred.
• Strategic thinking with ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
• Vendor management and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global market insights and analytics plan for a newly launched neuromuscular therapy.
• Oversee primary market research initiatives and ensure compliant, high-quality outputs.
• Manage external CI vendors and deliver market landscapes, congress monitoring, and clinical-stage intelligence.
• Partner with commercial and brand teams to inform global brand planning and launch optimization.
• Translate insights into frameworks and actionable strategies for launch and growth.
