This is your opportunity to join an in-house Brands team comprising industry experts in hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, and owner relations for Hilton's diverse brands. As the Director of Global Lifestyle F&B Implementation and Performance, you will support initiatives that strengthen and expand Hilton's portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Lifestyle F&B Strategy and Development, you will help implement food and beverage concepts and programs to boost operational performance across the global Lifestyle hotel portfolio.

How You Will Make an Impact

Your role is vital, and here are some of the key duties that make your work unique:

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Oversee deployment, implementation, and optimization of brand-led F&B programs, initiatives, and concepts across Hilton's franchise portfolio.
  • Act as a primary contact for franchise operational partners, supporting property-level teams to ensure successful execution of brand programs, SOPs, and standards.
  • Collaborate with F&B Operations, Brand Performance Support, and Strategy teams to monitor KPIs, analyze outlet performance, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans.
  • Assist in planning and developing training materials and opening process resources to enhance F&B outlets, especially for new hotel openings.
Collaboration:
  • Work with various teams (Brand, Operations, Analytics, etc.) to align F&B initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with owners and operators through regular communication and visits.
  • Facilitate feedback between Lifestyle hotels and brand leadership to refine strategies based on insights.
Ownership of Projects:
  • Lead deployment and optimization of new and existing F&B concepts, programs, and standards.
  • Support testing of new brand initiatives and technologies to foster growth and operational efficiency.
  • Develop operational playbooks and best practices to improve global F&B experiences.
  • Implement SOPs and best practices across the portfolio to ensure brand compliance.
  • Analyze performance data and guest satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify underperforming outlets and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Assist in pre-opening and opening phases of new hotels, conversions, and transitions.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10 years in F&B operations
  • 5 years in a multi-unit, multi-concept managerial role
  • 2 years managing project plans for large organizations
  • Experience with three or more restaurant, bar, or hotel openings
  • Leadership experience in team and project management
  • Willingness to travel 60% domestically and internationally
  • Onsite in New York City
  • Proficiency in Microsoft365 and Adobe Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with five or more openings
  • Creative, design, or advisory experience in F&B
  • Experience in BOH Operations and Culinary
  • Menu programming and planning skills
  • Knowledge of foodservice software and AutoCAD
