Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional creative experience in footwear, apparel, or product creation.
• Senior design leadership experience in design, brand, or innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small, agile team and set design direction for Jordan Energy across footwear & apparel.
• Develop long-term and seasonal creative direction in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Drive design strategy, storytelling, and cross-functional partnerships to ensure brand alignment.
