NBCUniversal is seeking a Director of Internal Communications & Team Member Experiences to lead global communications strategies, events, and content for current and prospective team members worldwide. Partner with HR and Global Communications to inform, inspire, and engage the workforce in a consistent company voice.

The role reinforces culture, supports talent attraction, and positions FPP as an Employer of Choice in a fast-paced transformation. Hybrid schedule required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate internal communications, ideally global and consumer-facing.
• Proven ability to lead complex comms initiatives across a large workforce.
• Strong storytelling, writing, editing and presenting skills.
• Executive presence and experience supporting senior leadership.
• Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic communications and events plans across the company.
• Engage team members via HR and Communications strategies.
• Develop programs that support team culture and business performance.
• Write and edit division-wide communications, including executive messages.
• Collaborate with HR, Global Communications, and leadership teams.
• Maintain content across channels and coordinate events.
• Lead activation of initiatives from employee engagement surveys.
• Explore new digital storytelling platforms to engage audiences.
• Develop KPIs and feedback loops to measure impact.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions.
• Manage internal calendars and coordinate executive participation.
