Base pay range

$88,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

The Account Director will lead the project and team and serve as the primary client point of contact - having full ownership of program deliverables from planning to execution for assigned B2B hospitality programs, ensuring the highest standards are met. The Account Director will have one or more direct reports and will guide the team through all steps of the planning and execution journey, including integration with GMR SME teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Hospitality and Event Operations experience. You will own and oversee B2B hospitality programs including itinerary development and management, transportation, food & beverage, accommodations, ticketing and accreditation, gifting, guest reporting, and communication management. Global experience is preferred.
  • Client Relations. You will lead client meetings including presenting to senior-level clients, creating PowerPoint presentations, and providing updates. You will also oversee team administration including call agendas, notes, recaps, and reports. You maintain a working knowledge of client brand messaging, event news, information and ecosystem, and sponsorship integration elements (if applicable).
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration. You will lead and manage the integration of GMR's internal resource teams, including creative teams, procurement, finance, staffing, warehouse, and Global Event Operations.
  • Vendor Management. You will manage vendors and other partners including contracting, payments and ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.
  • Innovation. You enjoy staying on top of industry trends with a focus on VIP hospitality and B2B hosting to elevate the guest experience.
  • Travel. You are comfortable with US and international travel as well as staying for extended periods in host cities (North America). This could also include site visits and inspection.

The annual range for this role varies between $88,000 - $115,000 annually and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401k, employee stock purchase plan, vacation, personal days and paid holiday time. You are also eligible to participate in disability, life insurance, FSA/HSA plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
