Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD/MD/PharmD).
• 7–10 years in pharma, medical communications, or related scientific publishing experience.
• Experience in strategic publication planning and medical education material development.
• Ability to independently develop and execute publication plans and manage senior stakeholders.
• Experience traveling within the US and internationally.
• Strong writing and the ability to contextualize complex data for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead global scientific communications strategy and publication planning for Hematology products.
• Chair Global Publication Teams and drive decisions with cross-functional partners.
• Negotiate timelines, resources, and authorship while maintaining scientific integrity and compliance.
• Deliver abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and other scientific deliverables on schedule.
• Develop medical education initiatives and congress programs.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships across Global Medical Communications, Medical Affairs, clinical, biostatistics, and external partners.
