Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively senior experience in wealth management or regulatory risk.
• Experience advising executive leadership on strategic growth.
• Global financial services governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for regulatory framework in US cross-border wealth management.
• Advise GWM US executives on securities regulatory matters influencing strategy.
• Lead cross-border securities regulatory initiatives and risk oversight for growth.
• Develop scalable operating models and governance structures for sustainable growth.
• Drive alignment between regulatory priorities and commercial objectives.
