Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Leader to provide project management, direction, and oversight to Global Engineering Programs. You will coordinate facility and utility projects, develop resource plans, and manage relationships with external partners to meet design, schedule, cost and quality targets.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture.
• 10–15 years of experience as a Manager, Project Engineering.
• Master's degree in Management or MBA preferred.

• Oversee Capital and Facilities Planning and Engineering Best practices.
• Define expectations for Good Engineering Practice and Project Execution Methodology.
• Track project execution and report performance metrics.
• Strategic planning and facility asset utilization corporate-wide.
• Oversee AbbVie capital plan for major investments (>$5MM) and budget.
