Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement/Purchasing, Business Administration, or an Engineering/Technical discipline.
• MBA or advanced degree; ASCM/APICS certifications (CSCP, CPIM) or CPSM highly valued.
• 8+ years procurement experience in EMS/high-tech ODM sectors.
• 3+ years multi-site procurement leadership in a matrixed organization.
• Deep knowledge of global electronic component markets and distribution channels.
• Proven high-stakes contract negotiation with Tier‑1 manufacturers and distributors.
• ERP/MRP fluency with SAP/Oracle.
• Strong financial acumen: cost modeling and spend analytics.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute divisional purchasing strategy aligned with corporate guidelines.
• Drive aggressive cost-reduction programs and PPV gains.
• Negotiate regional and local supplier contracts to optimize TCO.
• Lead QBRs and scorecards for strategic vendors and monitor performance.
• Mitigate supply risks with proactive supplier management.
• Implement advanced inventory and supplier governance programs.
• Oversee MRP-driven purchasing and data integrity.
• Collaborate with NPI, Planning, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Mentor Purchasing Managers and standardize workflows.
