Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced eCommerce Operations Leader in Boca Raton to own end-to-end platform operations, including fulfillment, returns, and inventory across DTC and wholesale channels.

You will drive operational readiness, collaborate with customer service and fulfillment, and optimize processes to scale with revenue growth. Strong leadership, analytics, and cross-functional skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in domestic and cross-border eCommerce operations, channel operations, sales operations, wholesale operations, or equivalent.
• Proven track record managing 3PL vendors, freight and carrier relationships, order management, EDI, and onboarding for wholesale/retail partners.
• Working knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify) and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with HubSpot is helpful, though minimal daily use is expected.
• Experience owning product catalog data and margin/COGS fields within ERP or PIM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational management of the DTC platform (Shopify), including site operations, orders, and returns processing.
• Partner with CS and fulfillment teams to ensure a high-quality post-purchase experience.
• Manage inventory allocation and availability across digital and wholesale channels to prevent stockouts/overselling.
