The Director of Drug Substance (DS) Commercialization for Polysaccharides will lead launch readiness and supply chain activities for polysaccharides used in glycoconjugate vaccines. Responsibilities include technical launch planning, cross-functional coordination, regulatory filings, and lifecycle management. The role reports to the Executive Director for Global DS Commercialization and involves collaboration on overall program strategy, focusing on raw material strategy.
Key functions include providing strategic leadership, building and leading a skilled team, ensuring process robustness, facilitating technology transfer, supporting manufacturing and regulatory activities, and effective communication with stakeholders. Travel requirements are approximately 10-30%.
Minimum requirements:
This position is based in San Carlos or remote, with a competitive salary range of $208,000 - $242,000 plus benefits and equity. We are an equal opportunity employer.
