• Proven leadership of compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Track and ensure compliance across 155+ global data licensing collaborations, including monitoring and remediation.
• Oversee data governance policies, consent frameworks, and data use agreements for genetic/health data.
• Lead and develop a team of data governance and compliance professionals.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT Security, Research, and Business Development to embed privacy-by-design.
