Job summary

TensorWave seeks a Director of Global Data Center Construction to lead our portfolio of AI infrastructure projects. You will manage a multi-billion-dollar CAPEX, steer construction strategy, and oversee GC/EPCM partners to ensure on-time delivery within budget and meeting exacting quality standards for AI compute operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing large-scale construction programs.
• Proven expertise in hyperscale data center or critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts (e.g., GMP).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the global data center construction portfolio with multi-billion-dollar CAPEX and delivery pipeline.
• Develop and execute program-level construction strategy, selecting and managing GCs, EPCM firms, and key vendors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to high quality and technical standards for AI compute operations.
• Establish program-wide risk management, QA/QC protocols, and project reporting metrics.
• Collaborate with Site Acquisition, Design, and Sourcing to de-risk projects and resolve issues at the executive level.
