Zusammenfassung

Solenis LLC, a leading global provider of water and hygiene solutions, seeks a Global Strategic Accounts Director in Wilmington, DE. This high-visibility role has full P&L responsibility for selected corporate accounts and requires you to set strategic directions and targets across global teams.

You will drive long-term strategic plans, lead major negotiations, and coordinate with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Marketing to deliver profitable growth. Travel internationally is extensive.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in strategic or corporate sales roles.
  • Deep, comprehensive knowledge of the Food & Beverage cleaning and sanitation market; Water Treatment experience preferred.

  • Develop and execute the Solenis Food & Beverage Global Strategic Account long-term strategic plan and annual business plan.
  • Drive business growth in alignment with the strategic plan to deliver Annual Operating Plan targets.
  • Establish sustainable collaboration across Knowledge-Based Services, the Regional Sales organization, and Engineering to build strategic selling plans for key accounts.
  • Establish and enforce consistent global pricing policies, contract structures, and commercial terms and conditions for assigned key accounts, while leading major price negotiations.

  • Drive the introduction of innovations and new technologies across Global Strategic Accounts.
  • Cultivate robust, long-term relationships with primary client stakeholders to secure account loyalty and retention.
  • Coordinate cross-functional company teams—including Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Marketing—to effectively achieve business objectives.

This position provides strategic direction and sets sales and profit targets to grow Solenis' business within assigned key accounts, while also providing strategic guidance to regional sales teams.
