Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a senior leader to develop and execute enterprise BPM strategy across Global Supply Chain and Technical Operations. You will establish a standardized process taxonomy and ownership, driving multi-year maturity roadmaps with governance and change control.

You will lead the Business Process Governance Council, conduct baseline maturity assessments, and publish improvement roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Life Sciences, or related field required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years in a regulated healthcare industry; 5–10 years in operational excellence/strategy/business operations or similar leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise BPM strategy across Global Supply Chain & Technical Operations.
• Establish standardized process taxonomy (Level 1–4).
• Define business process ownership, design multi-year maturity roadmaps, and embed governance and change control.
• Establish the Business Process Governance Council.
• Conduct baseline maturity assessments and publish multi-year improvement roadmaps.
• Identify process dependencies and bottlenecks; develop tools to understand trade-offs.
• Define standardized KPIs and lead enterprise value stream assessments/workshops.
• Lead organizational adoption via workshops, communities of practice, voice of the customer, and knowledge management.
