AbbVie is seeking a Marketing Director, Portfolio Strategy for the U.S. GI Care portfolio. You will lead long-range planning, lifecycle assessments, and commercial strategy to guide investments and growth. The role requires coordinating across Marketing, Sales, Medical, Market Access, Finance and Regulatory while aligning priorities and driving execution.

The position shapes the portfolio, communicates with senior leadership, and builds a high-performance culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Experience in marketing, commercial strategy, portfolio management or business development.
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Strong strategic, analytical, financial and commercial judgment.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and align stakeholders without direct authority.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead GI Care portfolio strategy, long-range plan, and strategic roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to maximize patient impact, growth, profitability and competitive position.
• Lead lifecycle and innovation assessments across indications, formulations, evidence and regulatory strategies.
• Evaluate internal pipeline assets and external business development opportunities.
• Lead competitive scenario planning and responses to market risks and opportunities.
• Guide investment and resource allocation using market, clinical, operational and financial insights.
• Serve as the commercial voice in portfolio governance and executive forums.
• Build commitment to portfolio priorities across internal teams and external partners.
• Foster a collaborative, agile, high-performance culture and AbbVie’s Ways of Working.
