• Advanced Degree (Masters or Doctorate) in Life Science / Data / Information Technology / Project Management or Business with 8 years in data management; 3 years of people management.
• Advanced Degree in any field with 13 years of related industry experience in data management; 3 years of people management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational oversight for functional area activities within a defined geography.
• Define and lead regional operating model and multi-year optimization strategy.
• Drive data-driven governance, risk management, and capacity planning across geographies.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations to achieve geographic objectives in GDMS and enterprise functions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements; enable audit readiness and strict controls.
• Manage budgets and mentor teams to foster high performance.
