Job summary

Penske seeks a Director to lead Oracle Fusion Transformation & Platform Engineering from its Reading, PA offices. This executive role establishes the Fusion COE, drives enterprise capabilities across multiple functions, and oversees end-to-end delivery of a multi-year transformation program.

The position requires senior leadership, strategy, governance, and hands-on orchestration of cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable Fusion adoption. Office-first with 3+ days onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP, SaaS, or enterprise transformation programs.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with direct responsibility for building, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and/or CX) and platform capabilities.
• Proven experience establishing and operating a Technology Center of Excellence (COE) or shared services model for enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Oracle Fusion Technology COE and multi-year roadmap.
• Build cross-functional COE teams to deliver Fusion capabilities.
• Own enterprise prioritization and outcomes for Fusion enhancements.
• Define enterprise standards, reference architectures, and accelerators.
• Oversee COE governance, portfolio prioritization, and risk management.
• Lead platform architecture and secure, scalable Oracle Fusion cloud designs.
• Partner with process owners to design future-state processes.
• Drive data patterns and AI-enabled modernization.
