Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of FP&A, DST Finance to sponsor financial direction across Disease Strategy Teams. You will partner with DST Executives, program managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic analyses, valuations, and decision support for multiple disease programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or accounting required.
• MBA and/or other advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of FP&A, strategy, business development, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Represents Finance in DSTs and drives development of reporting and analytics for each program.
• Provides strategic decision support for financial impacts of business cases and planning scenarios.
• Coordinates with DST Executives, program managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Leads process improvements and acts as a center of excellence for modeling and analysis.
