Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a seasoned professional for its Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice in California. You will oversee disputes, provide financial analysis, and deliver expert work product for high-stakes litigation and family-law matters.

The role requires CPA credential, 5+ years of relevant experience, and advanced skills in financial modeling, valuation and complex data analysis. Travel to clients and offices may be required as part of engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
Active CPA license (must be in good standing).
5+ years of relevant post‑graduate professional experience.
Experience in California based family law forensic accounting and commercial litigation.
Strong analytical modeling, technical accounting, cash flow modeling and finance skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise and perform day‑to‑day activities in support of commercial dispute and family law projects.
Manage client engagement lifecycle including communications, billing, and drafting of reports.
Supervise junior team members’ analyses and maintain working paper records.
Develop plans to efficiently execute client deliverables and address core financial needs.
Prepare written analyses and reports for third parties as needed.
