Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a senior data analytics professional to deliver day-to-day analytics services to clients, manage complex data projects, and lead client engagements in healthcare and government contexts.

You will design data models, develop visuals with Tableau and Power BI, and mentor junior staff while contributing to proposals and staff planning; willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of post-graduate experience in data analytics or consulting.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and client relationships.
• Subject Matter Expertise in healthcare compliance or related field.
• Ability to communicate findings to stakeholders and/or public presentations.
• Willingness to travel to clients and FTI offices as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation.
• Experience collecting, aggregating and standardizing data via web scraping and PDF parsing.
• Knowledge of data governance and data privacy best practices.

Requirements

• Subject Matter Expertise within healthcare compliance, government healthcare programs, statistical analysis or industry
• Ability to effectively communicate findings and expertise to various stakeholders and/or public presentations
• Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships and expand business opportunities
• Support of Expert testifiers: report drafting, writing, document review, industry research
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed

• Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Experience using SQL and Python to collate, transform and analyze data
• Experience collecting, aggregating and standardizing data through web scraping, PDF parsing, etc.
• Proficiency with natural language processing, statistical analysis, regression, clustering and predictive models
• Knowledge of data governance and data privacy best practices
