Job summary

Bloomingdale's in New York City seeks a Director of 59th Street Flagship Transformation to lead a multi-year program transforming the flagship into a world-class luxury destination. You will own the integrated roadmap, manage cross-functional workstreams, and partner with senior leaders to ensure disciplined execution across phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years related experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Open and continuous communication, clear updates to stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, strategic and technical thinking ability.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated multi-year roadmap and plan for the 59th Street flagship transformation.
• Drive detailed execution across workstreams, milestones, owners, and dependencies.
• Establish governance and cadence to connect workstreams and ensure accountability.
• Engage with Store Environment/Construction, Operations, Merchandising and leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional plans across customer, brand, talent, marketing, and events.
• Identify gaps and resolve issues with sponsors and functional leaders.
• Communicate vision, progress and risks to senior leadership and executives.
