Job summary

Propio Language Services is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting to lead the financial reporting, consolidation, and controls across our organization. This on-site role heads our Finance team from the Overland Park, KS headquarters.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA with a Master’s preferred, 6+ years in accounting including leadership, and strong GAAP knowledge. NetSuite comfort is a plus; cross-entity consolidation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• CPA required; Master’s in Accounting preferred.
• Expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks.
• 6+ years in financial accounting and financial statements; 2+ years in leadership.
• NetSuite experience a plus; public accounting and private equity exposure beneficial.
• Advanced Excel skills; multi-entity consolidations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial reporting, technical accounting, and lender covenant compliance.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close across entities and subsidiaries.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Manage intercompany transactions, payroll costs, and revenue recognition per GAAP.
• Oversee audits, internal controls, and accounting policies; mentor the team.
