Your Job

At Kimberly-Clark, we seek individuals who are committed to creating Better Care for a Better World. As a Director of Financial Reporting and Consolidations, you will lead our Corporate Reporting Consolidation function, ensuring effective processes and accurate reporting.

In this role, you will:

  1. Lead the consolidation function, setting strategic directions and process requirements.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate analysis and reporting of financial results to internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Drive continuous improvement in consolidation processes.
  4. Coordinate reporting with GBS (MID) to meet stakeholder needs.
  5. Lead projects related to new accounting standards, acquisitions, divestitures, and other initiatives.
  6. Manage transformation projects, system implementations, and provide technical accounting support.

  • Educational background in finance or accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion is a plus.

Compensation

Salary Range: $181,220 – $234,260 USD, including potential bonuses and benefits. Actual pay depends on location, skills, and experience.
