Who are we hiring?

We’re seeking a strategic finance leader who operates at the intersection of rigorous financial planning and large-scale construction. The ideal candidate brings 6–8 years of progressive FP&A experience, with meaningful time embedded in construction, real estate, or capital project environments. They speak fluently in CapEx budgets, draw schedules, change orders, and contractor spend — and they’ve applied that expertise to projects of real scale and complexity. They understand the rhythm and nuances of construction finance, and they’re energized by the challenge of translating ambitious physical visions into disciplined financial execution.

What will you do?
Financial Planning & Budgeting
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets spanning CapEx and OpEx for expansion initiatives
  • Lead the annual budgeting process for the Construction function and prepare rolling forecasts aligned to project timelines
  • Monitor budget-to-actual variances, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions
Construction Finance & Project Support
  • Partner directly with the Construction team to build and maintain financial models for active and prospective projects
  • Track project costs, change orders, and contingencies with precision and timeliness
  • Analyze contractor and vendor spend to identify trends, savings opportunities, and cost overruns
  • Support draw schedules, cash flow projections, and funding requirements
Reporting & Performance Management
  • Develop & maintain reporting packages for monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Work with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial close processes related to construction activity
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Serve as the primary finance business partner to Construction, Real Estate, and Corporate Development teams
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, Legal, and Operations to ensure financial alignment across functions
  • Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and financial advisors as needed
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Construction Management
  • 6-8 years of FP&A experience, with at least 3–5 years supporting construction, real estate, or capital project functions
  • Strong understanding of construction finance fundamentals — project accounting, CapEx management, draw processes, and change order tracking
  • Advanced financial modeling capabilities
  • Proficiency in enterprise planning tools such as Hyperion & Oracle
  • Expert-level Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in entertainment, hospitality, sports, or large-scale venue construction
