Responsibilities

Lead the financial operations and analytics strategy for supported Xumo business teams, aligning priorities, reporting, workflows, and standards with organizational goals.
Translate financial, contractual, and operational data into actionable recommendations that guide investments, deals, and resource allocation.
Direct evaluation of new and amended deals and their impact on P&L, including risks and economic implications.
Oversee end-to-end revenue share operations, invoicing, partner statements, and related financial controls to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Establish governance, ownership, and performance metrics across revenue share, billing, and statements; drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Product, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and translate findings into business actions.
