Intrinsic, LLC is a private, independent advisory firm seeking a Director to lead financial due diligence engagements. You will own engagements, set quality bars, and interact directly with PE sponsors and deal teams.

The role offers early director authority, remote-friendly policies, and significant ownership opportunities within TAS. You will guide senior teams, deliver high-impact analyses, and contribute to the growth of Intrinsic's middle-market practice across buy-side and sell-side

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial due diligence at a Big 4 TAS or deals practice.
• Proven track record leading quality of earnings analyses and due diligence engagements.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP in transaction contexts and deal structuring.
• Strong leadership, client communication, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for PE sponsors and corporates.
• Direct quality of earnings analyses, working capital assessments, and cash flow reviews.
• Manage engagement scoping, timelines, and deliverable quality with minimal supervision.
• Present findings to sophisticated stakeholders and manage client relationships.
• Develop and coach junior team members and contribute to TAS practice growth.
