Evaluates campus performance and looks for process improvements that generate favorable returns to the operating margin. **Job Duties*** Provides monthly financial performance review of campus activity to regional SLT.* Compiles projections and vets assumptions on initiatives or opportunities to grow the market utilizing various systems such as cost, budget and EPIC.* Reviews and performs market analysis to understand viability of opportunities and initiatives and evaluates plan performance to assess success.* Assess opportunities timely to provide action items in order to achieve or exceed budget including identify opportunities for efficiencies, lowering costs or increasing revenue. **Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting.* 7 years Finance, Accounting and or Healthcare.* Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point. **Preferred Qualifications*** Master’s Degree in Business Administration.* 7 years in Healthcare Finance.* CPA - Certified Public Accountant - State of Pennsylvania **Physical Demands** Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, \\*patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
