Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Director, Networking Finance at our Santa Clara headquarters to lead financial planning, forecasting and reporting for the Networking business. As a strategic finance leader, you will influence high-level decisions and support NVIDIA’s ongoing success.

You will build and refine financial models, monitor critical metrics, and present insights to senior leadership while driving cross-functional collaboration and process improvements across the finance organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of finance experience in technology, semiconductor, or networking preferred.
• 4+ years of financial leadership experience.
• Proven track record of impact in a global, fast-paced organization.
• Deep understanding of data center economics, cloud computing, or enterprise tech markets a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with executive communication; able to influence senior collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A processes for the Networking business unit.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain financial models for performance analysis and long-range planning.
• Monitor key metrics, identify trends, risks and opportunities to optimize financial performance.
• Present results and strategic recommendations to executives and collaborators.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function.

We seek to hire a Director, Networking Finance at our Santa Clara headquarters. This outstanding role allows you to lead financial planning and analysis for our Networking business. As a strategic finance leader, you will influence high-level decisions, improve financial performance, and support our ongoing success in computing technology.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes for the Networking business unit.
• Serving as a trusted financial partner to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to guide strategic decisions.
• Developing and maintaining financial models to support business performance analysis, scenario planning, and long-range planning.
• Monitoring and analyzing key business metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize financial performance.
• Presenting financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key collaborators.
• Driving process improvements and operational efficiencies within the finance function.

What We Need To See

• 15+ overall years of dynamic finance experience in the technology, semiconductor, or networking industry strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of financial leadership experience.
• Consistent track record of driving impact in a global, fast-paced organization.
• Deep understanding of data center economics, cloud computing, or enterprise technology markets is a plus.
• Strong analytical approach with excellent business insight and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships and influence senior collaborators across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and other objective job-related factors.

The expected base salary range for this position is 248,000 USD – 379,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
