Mastercard Technology seeks a Director, Finance Business Partner to provide financial oversight across Technology domains. As Director, Finance Business Partner within Technology you will work closely with our business leaders and their teams to provide financial oversight to their respective areas which includes creating financial plans, managing financial performance and collaborating on investment opportunities.
Reporting to the VP, the Finance Business Partner role is responsible for a broad range of finance related responsibilities and acts as a finance subject matter expert for Program Controls, Operations & Modernization (ProCom). Activities include short/long-term planning, efficiency/financial target management, and contract management. Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to take on evolving responsibilities and potentially transition into different roles as business needs change.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
