SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts, is seeking to advance its AI-native transformation. You will embed with business teams to untangle cross-functional challenges, turning them into reliable data, automation, and AI solutions with full production delivery and measurable outcomes.

You will own end-to-end delivery—from problem understanding to production and adoption—joining a high-impact internal transformation team.

Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying production software, data products, or automation used by business teams.
• Experience in consumer products, retail, manufacturing, or related environments with end-to-end operations.
• Experience with Python or data analysis languages and strong SQL skills.
• Ability to connect technical choices to business value and understand impact across teams.
• Sound engineering practices across testing, security, monitoring, and documentation, including AI output validation.

Responsibilities

• Embed with the business to understand workflows, decisions, and recurring friction; identify opportunities with clear commercial value.
• Build from zero to one by turning ambiguous problems into working applications, data products, and automation, iterating with users.
• Connect data and apply AI by integrating enterprise systems and validating AI outcomes with human oversight.
• Own production delivery: test, deploy, monitor, and maintain solutions with security and data quality baked in.
• Drive adoption and impact by placing solutions into daily use and measuring business results.
