CFS in Madison, WI is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the accounting and finance function, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. You will oversee month-end and year-end closes and drive strategic initiatives to modernize systems and processes.

The role manages budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for executive leadership and the Board, mentors the finance team, and delivers insights to ownership groups. Competitive base salary with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• CPA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Accounting & Finance function, including month-end and year-end close processes.
• Drive strategic initiatives and oversee major system implementations and process improvements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for leadership and the Board.
• Evaluate and improve financial, accounting, billing, and accounts receivable processes.
• Develop, mentor, and lead the finance team.
• Provide financial recommendations and insights to leadership and the Board.
