Hard Rock Las Vegas is seeking a Director of Finance to direct activities for general finance, budget control, and management reporting. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and ensure integrity of financial statements.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 5 years in casino finance or equivalent, with CPA and/or MBA preferred.
Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Director of Finance directs the activities for general finance budgetary control and management reporting. Directs the preparation of all monthly, quarterly, and annual management financial reporting.
Physical demands include standing, walking, and noise exposure for extended periods. Position requires occasional lifting and moving of items weighing up to 50 pounds. May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including secondhand smoke. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
