Role Summary:
Skai is seeking a Director of Field and Partner Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of global events, regional field programs, and partner marketing initiatives. You’ll shape our market presence by developing integrated plans that drive pipeline, deepen partner relationships, and create standout brand experiences across the US and EMEA. This role includes ownership of global events strategy, leadership of regional programs in North America, and oversight of EMEA activity with one direct report.
Key Responsibilities:
Events (60%)
●Leadglobal strategy for hosted and sponsored events, ensuring alignment with GTM priorities
●Manage end-to-end execution of North American events, from planning and logistics to promotion and follow-up
●Oversee EMEA events through a regional direct report, providing strategic direction and support
●Collaborate cross-functionally to develop event content, speakers, and messaging that resonate with our ICP
●Track performance and ROI to inform future event strategies and improve outcomes
Field Marketing (20%)
●Develop and execute regional marketing plans that drive pipeline and align with sales goals
●Collaborate with sales, demand gen, and product marketing to tailor campaigns by audience and region
●Localize and activate global campaigns for relevance in key markets
●Create memorable, creative regional programs that elevate Skai’s presence and brand perception
Partner Marketing (20%)
●Own global partner marketing strategy with key partners such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Criteo, Google, TikTok, and others
●Market to the partner: Develop tailored marketing plans to keep Skai top of mind with key partners
●Market through the partner: Collaborate with partners to co-create campaigns, content, and events that leverage their platforms and audience
●Market with the partner: Drive joint programs like webinars, case studies, and co-branded campaigns to build pipeline
●Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external partner teams to align on strategy and execution.
Position Requirements:
●At least 10 years of experience in events and field marketing, with a focus on B2B tech
●Proven experience in organizing large hosted events (200+ attendees)
●Creative mindset, not afraid to think outside of the box and try new ideas
●Strong collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and other teams
●Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
●Strong relationship-building abilities, with a focus on nurturing partner connections
The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is eligible for additional bonus compensation, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
