This is a highly strategic leadership role responsible for scaling client-facing AI transformation engagements and ensuring successful deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions. The Director will lead a globally distributed team of Field Deployment Engineers, technical specialists, and deployment leaders embedded within customer environments to accelerate AI adoption and business transformation.

This is not a traditional delivery management role. It is an executive-level AI deployment leadership position focused on operationalizing Generative AI, Agentic AI, Digital Employees, and next-generation enterprise AI platforms at scale.

You will work across executive stakeholders, technical teams, solution specialists, alliance leaders, and customer organizations to build repeatable deployment models, drive measurable business outcomes, and establish industry-leading AI implementation practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a global organization of Field Deployment Engineers supporting enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
• Build, develop, and mentor technical leaders, deployment architects, pod leads, and customer-facing AI specialists.
• Establish workforce planning, staffing models, skill development programs, and rotational strategies across regions.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer outcomes, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Lead execution of complex AI transformation programs across multiple industries and geographies.
• Govern deployment quality, architecture standards, implementation methodologies, and client success metrics.
• Ensure successful adoption of AI-powered solutions including AI Agents, Digital Employees, Claude-based solutions, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Develop scalable deployment frameworks that can be consistently applied across industries and client environments.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Guide enterprise clients through AI adoption, organizational change, operating-model transformation, and business value realization.
• Support strategic customer engagements, executive workshops, architecture reviews, and deployment planning sessions.
• Partner with sales, alliance, and solution teams to accelerate successful customer outcomes.

Operational Governance & Scalability

• Own global deployment readiness, capacity planning, utilization management, and resource allocation.
• Establish delivery governance, deployment KPIs, quality controls, risk management procedures, and escalation frameworks.
• Create repeatable deployment playbooks, implementation standards, best practices, and knowledge management frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement across deployment processes, methodologies, and customer engagement models.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner closely with Alliance, GTM, Product, CoE, Architecture, and Delivery leaders.
• Coordinate deployment staffing and transformation priorities with geographic and industry leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Solution Specialists and technical architects to ensure successful transition from opportunity identification to deployment execution.
• Provide field insights and customer feedback to influence solution evolution, GTM strategy, and service offerings.

Business Performance & Growth

• Measure and improve deployment effectiveness, utilization, customer satisfaction, time-to-value, and transformation success metrics.
• Support strategic growth initiatives by ensuring deployment capabilities can scale with market demand.
• Contribute to executive reporting, operational reviews, and long-term workforce planning.
• Drive continuous expansion of deployment maturity, technical capability, and customer impact.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading customer-facing engineering, cloud, AI, platform, or enterprise technology organizations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale technical teams supporting enterprise deployments and transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of enterprise AI platforms, cloud technologies, modern data architectures, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading globally distributed engineering, consulting, or deployment organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, solution implementation, and organizational transformation.
• Demonstrated success managing complex client engagements involving executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational development skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM platforms, AI Agents, Digital Employees, or enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience deploying AI solutions within highly regulated and large-scale enterprise environments.
• Background in cloud-native architectures and hyperscaler ecosystems including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with enterprise transformation, management consulting, or technology modernization programs.
• Familiarity with MLOps, AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, and AI operating models.
• MBA, master's degree, or advanced technical degree preferred.

Pay and Benefits

Base Pay Range Minimum: $200,000 per year

Base Pay Range Maximum: $280,000 per year
