We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results-driven Director, Marketing Field & Channel Programs, APJ to join our high-performing team during a critical 12-month period. This senior leadership role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing, APJ and is pivotal to our regional success.
This is a hands-on, player-coach role for a marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture. The successful candidate will balance strategic leadership, executional delivery, and team mentoring, playing an active role in both shaping and delivering regional marketing success. The role includes management of 4 direct reports and requires the ability to lead by example — executing campaigns and programs personally where needed, while also empowering and coaching the team for growth and impact.
You will have full field marketing leadership responsibilities for ASEAN and ANZ, while also owning the strategic development, localization, and execution of integrated global campaigns, demand generation initiatives, and channel marketing programs across the broader Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) region.
The position is highly collaborative, requiring close alignment with global marketing teams, sales leadership, channel and partner stakeholders, and marketing operations. A strong data-led mindset is essential — this role demands the ability to interpret marketing performance metrics to inform decisions, optimize program impact, and clearly demonstrate ROI to the business.
You will act as a central orchestrator, aligning cross-functional priorities while empowering the field to activate programs locally. Your ability to lead with both strategic insight and tactical discipline will be key to ensuring operational excellence and marketing impact at scale in one of the most diverse and competitive regions in the cybersecurity industry.
