  • Proven knowledge and experience of building and managing platforms with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Builds strong partnerships with squad leaders and platform leaders. Enables open discussion on how to improve our engineering maturity of our platforms.
  • Promotes Improvements across our platforms. Advocates for the right outcomes for our customers. Actively influences how we build, operate, and do things within their squad and Chapter.
  • Hands-on experience creating data visualizations and communicating the data to senior leaders
  • Actively sharing insights, knowledge, industry practices and developments across the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with which you build and maintain strong multi-functional partnerships and relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience identifying and acquiring talent needs, resource planning and talent allocation across large organizations.
