Merck & Co. seeks a Director of Federal Public Policy & Government Relations for Animal Health in the United States.

The role drives engagement with federal policymakers across Congress, USDA, and FDA, and leads technology and trade policy efforts for the North American Animal Health business. You will guide strategic policy development, manage consultants, and collaborate with internal leaders to align policy with business priorities and public health goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six years of experience in a federal government role or in policy development for a corporation, trade association, or non-profit.
• Experience engaging with Congress, federal agencies (USDA/FDA) and trade matters is preferred.

• Lead federal relationships for the North American Animal Health business.
• Develop and execute policy strategies on Congress, agencies, and administration.
