Job summary

The Family Tree, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Family Support Program (FSP) Director to oversee all aspects of the Center, including program development, implementation, evaluation, reporting, staff supervision, budgeting, fundraising, enrollment and facilities management in Baltimore, MD.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Bachelor’s degree with four years’ experience in program development and management serving similar populations.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Family Support Program development, implementation, evaluation, reporting, staff supervision, budgeting, fundraising, enrollment, and facilities management.
• Ensure program operations align with Center philosophy and policies.
• Supervise staff and coordinate professional development and training.
• Manage outreach to recruit participants and engage the community.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports and coordinate meetings with partner agencies and advisory boards.
