Job summary

Be Human Search is seeking a Director for the Family Birthing & Surgical Specialty Unit in Derry, NH. This role requires a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree and significant leadership experience in Women’s & Children’s and Surgical Care services. The Director will oversee daily operations, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with care standards.

The successful candidate will manage staffing, budgetary planning, and develop quality improvement programs while promoting a culture of service excellence.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active license to practice in New Hampshire.
• Minimum five years of experience in Women’s & Children’s and Surgical Care Services.
• Two to three years in a managerial or supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement strategic planning and 24/7 operations of the Family Birthing Unit and Surgical Specialty Unit.
• Manage staffing requirements and staff development.
• Ensure department compliance with safety and quality standards.

Skills

Leadership and clinical experience in L&D

Knowledge in Women’s & Children’s and Surgical Care

Financial knowledge for budgetary planning

Education
