  • Serve as a trusted facilities leader and partner to executive leadership, clinical departments, regulatory agencies, architects, engineers, contractors, and hospital committees.
What We're Looking For
  • Five to seven years of progressive facilities leadership experience in an acute-care hospital environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital regulatory standards, including The Joint Commission, CMS, NFPA, OSHA, life safety, and Environment of Care requirements.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex facility systems, preventive and corrective maintenance programs, capital projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams with a focus on safety, accountability, service excellence, performance development, and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Basic Life Support certification and valid driver’s license required; CHFM, CHC, CFM, CFPS, NFPA-related credentials, or accreditation survey experience preferred.
