For our client, we are seeking a Director, Facilities Maintenance and Retail - Climate Control US to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space.

This remote leadership role will focus on driving sales enablement, customer engagement, and operational consistency across a geographically diverse network. The position partners closely with internal leaders to improve performance, strengthen customer relationships, and expand cross-selling opportunities. The individual in this role will also serve as a technical and operational resource, helping ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for customers.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $132,236 – $181,824 annually
