Why Brownsville, Texas?

Brownsville offers something many healthcare leadership opportunities simply can't: the opportunity to build a career in a distinctive South Texas community while enjoying a warm-weather lifestyle.

Located at the southernmost tip of Texas in the Rio Grande Valley, Brownsville combines the energy of a growing community with the character and culture of the Texas-Mexico border region.

For the right candidate, Brownsville means:

  • Year-round warm weather
  • Easy access to the Gulf Coast and South Padre Island
  • A unique blend of Texas, Mexican, and border-region culture
  • A community with deep local roots and a strong sense of identity
  • Outdoor recreation including beaches, fishing, boating, wildlife, and birding
  • A relaxed lifestyle while still offering access to the amenities of the greater Rio Grande Valley
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community healthcare environment

If you're ready to trade cold winters, long commutes, or the pace of a larger metropolitan market for warm weather, coastal access, and a community where your leadership can make a difference, Brownsville is worth a look.

What You'll Do

As Director of Facilities & Plant Operations, you'll provide leadership and oversight for the facility's maintenance, engineering, plant operations, infrastructure, and related services.
