Amazon is seeking a Director of EXR Business Strategy in Bellevue, WA, to oversee the Employee Experience and Relations organization. This role requires strong strategic and operational leadership, combined with expertise in managing a multi-million-dollar budget and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess over 12 years of experience in HR strategy and enterprise program management.
