What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first-level triage of implementation support for internal and partner implementation teams during delivery of Express Solutions
- Participate in design meetings and review designs/builds as requested
- Offer advanced support to Customer Support and Remote Consulting teams regarding Express Solutions issues
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Solution Network Development team for addressing implementation challenges
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of documentation and best practices related to Express Solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Development, or equivalent technical experience
- 7+ years of professional experience in CPM or ERP software implementations or development
- 5+ years of experience leading a team
- Strong oral and written communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology
- SQL and object-oriented (VB.Net, C#) coding experience
- Familiarity with OneStream or other EPM solutions such as SAP, Hyperion, or IBM Cognos
