• 10+ years in public relations leading corporate or internal communications in biopharma.
• Excellent writer and storyteller with ability to translate complex science into clear narratives.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strategic thinker who can operate at both high and detail levels.
• Proven ability to drive alignment across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a comprehensive communications strategy supporting R&D, TOPS, and Business Development.
• Harmonize messaging with enterprise priorities and ensure leadership communications consistency.
• Strengthen external profile by positioning executives at industry events and in media.
• Enable leaders to engage employees through all-hands, internal comms, and activations.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on messaging and audience engagement.
• Develop speeches, presentations, emails, and social content for executives.
• Support internal and external speaking engagements end-to-end with content development.
• Build relationships with cross-functional partners across the enterprise.
• Evolve comms approaches with new ideas, formats, and channels.
