The University of South Carolina seeks an EPPS Program Director to organize, manage, grow, and evaluate the Excellence in Policing and Public Safety Program activities. You will establish measurable goals, track progress, and report to leadership and funders.

You will oversee curriculum design and assessment for SC law enforcement and expand participation nationally and internationally through revenue-generating opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in criminal justice or related field.
• At least seven years of law enforcement executive/command experience.
• Experience designing and delivering training and education curricula to sworn law enforcement.
• Prior Police Chief or County Sheriff experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Organize, manage, grow, and evaluate the EPPS Program's activities and outcomes.
• Establish measurable goals and track progress toward programmatic, financial, instructional, and partnership objectives.
• Provide timely reports to the Dean, law school leadership, the program's advisory board, and funders.
• Oversee design, implementation, and assessment of educational offerings for SC law enforcement agencies and revenue generation efforts.
