Qualifications

• Ten+ years of experience in evidence generation or closely related fields.
• PhD/PharmD/MD or advanced science degree (MS/MPH) accepted.
• Direct experience leading disease registries in pharma or CRO, preferably rare diseases.
• Excellent attention to detail and data-driven mindset.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Robust analytical skills with clinical data interpretation experience.
• Independent, fast-paced, compliant, and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify evidence gaps by engaging stakeholders and defining clinical questions.
• Plan, design, and execute evidence-generation initiatives and protocols.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for projects.
• Oversee CRO-led activities and data collection.
• Translate findings into clear, compliant messaging for stakeholders.
• Present data to diverse internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate to ensure alignment with corporate and product needs.
• Identify process improvements and leverage AI tools.
